Our wedding camcorder kits cost $399 to $1,399. That price covers the Sony 4K camcorder rental, UPS shipping both ways, a shot list for your guests, and every raw clip. Every package except The Raw Tape also includes a film we edit for you. You pay in full when you book, with no deposit.

Which package fits your wedding?
The Raw Tape ($399) is for couples who want the camcorder and every clip, and plan to edit (or not) themselves.
Core ($749) is one camera with a wireless mic for the whole weekend, and a short film to keep.
Deluxe ($999) adds a second camera, so one can stay on the ceremony or toasts while the other moves around the room. We also edit in clips your guests took on their phones.
The Full Feature ($1,399) is three cameras for ten days, a longer film delivered in a week, and the full ceremony and toasts as their own edit, with damage protection and a VHS keepsake tape included.
How it compares to hiring a videographer
Couples in the US spend an average of $3,993 on a wedding videographer (Zola, 2025). Our most complete package is $1,399.
It's a different kind of film, though. Your guests do the filming, so you get candid, up-close footage from inside the party, but no one is guaranteed to catch any particular moment. If you need professional coverage of the ceremony and clean audio of your vows, hire a videographer. You can also do both, and let the camcorders catch everything the videographer isn't pointed at.
Payment, cancellation, and fees
- Payment: the full price when you book. Your kit is reserved once payment goes through.
- Booking window: at least 3 weeks before your wedding, because every kit is built and tested for your date.
- Cancelling: a full refund up to 2 weeks before the wedding; no refund after that.
- Changing your date: free from your account any time before the kit ships, if we have a kit for the new date.
- Shipping: included both ways, to the lower 48 states and DC only. The kit arrives about 4 days before the wedding; if it doesn't arrive in time, you get a full refund.
- Late returns: $99 for each day late.
- Loss or damage: the cost to repair or replace what's affected. Normal wear and tear is on us, and damage protection covers accidental drops and spills (not loss or theft).
